Does anyone else feel like there just aren’t enough minutes in a day lately?! ??‍♀️ I’ve been really struggling this pregnancy to slow down, take time for myself, and take time to REALLY focus on this baby. Don’t get me wrong, I think about him non-stop, but at the same time, I’m also thinking about Leon, my never-ending to-do list, the house, work, the fact that my car needed an oil change two months ago… etc, etc! ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As I approach the end of my pregnancy (hello 36 weeks ?), I’ve been feeling this push to pause, be more present and mindful, and to set aside dedicated time to connect with baby. I had the opportunity to try out the new Pregnancy Meditation Journey from @expectful recently and it was just the push I needed.
